Spark exists to help you incorporate activity into your lifestyle in a sustainable way.

What we believe

  • “Being Healthy” means much more than “What’s your body fat percentage?” or “How much can you bench?”. It’s more than what’s on the outside or what you see in the mirror. Being healthy incorporates activities you love doing, pushing yourself a little bit, and improving your relationship with your body and mind.
  • “Working out” doesn’t require a gym membership or expensive equipment. It should help you gain energy, not drain energy.
